Check What does the placement fee cover?
The placement fee is for the recruitment of the candidate. This fee covers the sourcing, screening and recruitment process. It also includes a 4 week trial period for the candidate. If you are unhappy with the performance of the candidate during this period, we will provide you with ONE replacement candidate at no extra cost. This does not include temporary short-term roles. Our fees are non-refundable.
Check Do I pay the candidate their salary directly?
Yes, you will pay the candidate directly.
Check How many hours does a nanny work?
Nannies can work up to 12 hours per day with 1-2 days off per week. If you require a nanny 24 hours per day, it is recommended that you employ 2 nannies.
Check Who pays for the candidate's flight and visa?
The client pays for the candidate's flight and visa.
Check How long do nannies usually stay with families overseas?
Most Nannies are happy to commit to a 12-month contract and some Nannies will consider a 2-year contract. Maternity Nurses generally do short-term contracts from 6 weeks up to 6 months.
Check What do Australian nannies earn overseas?
Australian nannies working overseas will usually earn between AUD$90,000 - AUD$100,000 +. As part of the nannies package, they usually get 4 or 5 weeks paid holidays and a return trip back home once a year. Maternity nurses earn more.
