Essential Placement

How Our Essential Placement  Option Works

Some families don’t need a full-time nanny. They may only be looking for one or two days a week, or short-term support. For these families, we offer a simple, step-by-step service where you only pay when you’re ready to proceed.

Essential Placement

  • Equivalent two weeks salary of the nanny
  • Includes matched to the family’s needs
  • 2 week replacement guarantee
  • Additional nanny portfolios can be requested at $75 per candidate
  • Designed for families needing casual help (1–3 days a week) who want a straightforward introduction

Example 1 – The Murray Family

The Murray family contacted us because they needed a nanny two days per week to care for their toddler while both parents worked from home.

They weren’t looking for a full-time placement and wanted a simple, affordable option.

We recommended our Essential Placement, which is a flat fee equal to two weeks of the nanny’s salary.

This covered the full placement process and included a
2-week replacement guarantee in case the match wasn’t right.

We carefully matched the Murray family with a nanny portfolio suited to their part-time needs. Because they only required limited hours, the family appreciated the clear, upfront fee and peace of mind that a replacement would be provided if needed.

Example 2 – The Smith Family

The Smith family contacted us because they only needed a nanny one day per week while mum returned to part-time work. They wanted a clear, low-commitment solution.

They chose our Essential Placement package, paying a placement fee equal to two weeks of their nanny’s salary, with a 2-week replacement guarantee.

After trialling the first nanny, the fit wasn’t perfect. Because of the built-in guarantee, we immediately introduced additional candidates at no extra cost. On the third profile, the Smiths found the perfect match.

The nanny was successfully placed, and the family had confidence knowing the guarantee protected them during the crucial settling-in period.

It’s a straightforward, low-commitment pathway that still ensures families are matched with professional, trusted nannies  while giving them flexibility to choose how far they want to go.
