Essential Placement

How Our Essential Placement Option Works

Some families don’t need a full-time nanny. They may only be looking for one or two days a week, or short-term support. For these families, we offer a simple, step-by-step service where you only pay when you’re ready to proceed.

One-Off Per Day Package

  • $650 per day required (up to 3 days)
  • Includes one nanny portfolio matched to the family’s needs
  • No replacement guarantee
  • Additional nanny portfolios can be requested at $75 per candidate
  • Designed for families needing part-time help (1–3 days a week) who want a straightforward introduction

Example One
The Murray family contacted us because they needed a nanny
two days per week to care for their toddler while both parents worked from home. They weren’t looking for a full-time placement and wanted a simple, affordable option.

We recommended our One-Off Per Day Package. This package is $650 per day required, which meant the Murray family’s package came to $1,300 for their two-day arrangement.

  • We carefully matched the Murray family with one nanny portfolio suited to their needs.
  • After reviewing her profile, they agreed to book a trial.
  • The nanny trial went smoothly, and she was placed with the family.

Because they only needed part-time support, the Murray family appreciated the flexibility of a clear, one-off cost, without committing to a full premium package.

Example Two
The Smith family contacted us because they only needed a nanny
one day per week while mum returned to part-time work. They wanted a simple, affordable option without committing to a full placement package.

They chose our One-Off Per Day Package at $650 for their one-day arrangement. This included one carefully selected nanny folio.

After reviewing the first folio, they decided the nanny wasn’t quite the right fit. Instead of upgrading to a higher package straight away, the Smith family chose to view additional folios at $75 each.

  • They reviewed three more folios.
  • On the third profile, they found a nanny who was the perfect fit for their one-day need.
  • To secure the trial, the standard trial booking process applied, and the nanny was successfully placed.
  • This example shows how the One-Off Package gives families with smaller part-time needs a clear, minimum cost while still allowing flexibility to explore further candidates if required.

It’s a straightforward, low-commitment pathway that still ensures families are matched with professional, trusted nannies — while giving them flexibility to choose how far they want to go.
