  • Ideal Candidate Traits: The characteristics, qualifications, and experience you desire in a candidate.
  • Children’s Learning Style: Your preferred educational and developmental approaches for your children.
  • Family Dynamics: The family culture and values that should be reflected in the candidate’s approach.
  • Interaction Preferences: The desired manner in which the candidate should engage with your family.
  • Objectives: The goals your family seeks to achieve through the employment of a Household Professional.
  • Educational Background: The minimum educational qualifications and any special skills or certifications you require from the candidate.


Step 2: Booking Confirmation


Upon establishing the type of professional you require, we will follow up with a comprehensive email that includes:


  • Job Description: A detailed outline of the role that will be presented to prospective candidates.
  • Booking Confirmation: A summary of the placement costs.
  • Timeline Confirmation: An anticipated schedule for interviews and placement.

 

We kindly request that you review the job description to ensure its accuracy, allowing us to effectively communicate your family’s needs and aspirations to potential candidates.


Step 3: Candidate Sourcing


Australian Nanny Agency will proactively reach out to our pool of candidates to identify those interested in presenting their qualifications to your family. Interested candidates will be asked to provide the following current documentation:


  • Resume
  • Police Checks
  • Video Introduction
  • Recent Photograph
  • certified copies of  Training certificates
  • Working with Children Check and or DBS (UK)
  • 5 Reference from contactable  previous  employers


Our consultants will conduct due diligence, which includes:

  • Contacting previous employers
  • Checking training certificates
  • Screening social media presence
  • Interviewing candidates to ascertain their suitability and availability


Step 4: Presenting Shortlisted Candidates


We will provide you with a shortlist of 2 to 3  qualified candidates, whom we have video interviewed including:

  • Candidate Profile
  • Video Introductions
  • Available Interview Dates
  • Consultant Feedback
  • Insights regarding each candidate's suitability


Step 5: Family Candidate Interviews

Upon reviewing the shortlisted candidates, we will facilitate the interview process. Our support will encompass:

  • Time Confirmation: Ensuring alignment across time zones.
  • Interview Links: Providing access to virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom or WhatsApp).
  • Question Guidance: Offering a curated list of questions for your consideration.
  • Feedback Facilitation: Providing constructive feedback regarding the interview process.

Following the completion of interviews, we will assist you with the following:

  • Letter of Offer: Clarifying role expectations and responsibilities.
