Location: Ryde Sydney, NSW
Position: Maternity Nanny (Live-out or Live-in)
Children: Newborn baby
Schedule: Full-time, exact hours to be confirmed (approx. 40–50 hrs/week)
Pay: $40–$50/hour depending on experience
Start Date: Early December 2025

About the Family
A professional couple in Sydney are expecting their first baby in early December and are seeking an experienced and nurturing maternity nanny to support them through the newborn stage. The family values calm, confident care and are looking for someone with strong infant experience to help establish gentle routines and guide them as new parents.


Duties & Expectations

  • Provide full care for a newborn baby
  • Assist with feeding, settling, and nappy changes
  • Support sleep routines and baby development
  • Prepare bottles and maintain cleanliness of baby areas
  • Offer gentle postpartum support for mum (emotional and practical)
  • Light household tasks related to the baby (laundry, sterilising, etc.)

Requirements

  • Extensive newborn experience (ideally 5+ years or maternity nurse background)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Calm, warm, and proactive personality
  • Ability to offer flexible hours, including occasional nights if needed
  • Preference for candidates who have supported first-time parents
