Understanding the Minimum Hours Requirement for Domesticate House Staff

Domestic House, we prioritize providing consistent and high-quality care. To ensure this, our staff members are required to commit to a minimum of 4 hours per shift.

Why 4 Hours?

The 4-hour minimum is established based on several key reasons:

1. Quality of Care:

Longer, consistent shifts allow staff to build rapport with families, understand their needs better, and deliver more personalized care.

2. Staff Efficiency:

A minimum of 4 hours helps balance staff workload, preventing burnout while ensuring they have sufficient time to complete essential duties without rushing.

3. Operational Continuity:

This duration ensures that staff can effectively manage all scheduled activities and respond to emergencies or urgent needs during their shift.

4. Compliance & Standards:

The policy aligns with industry standards and regulatory guidelines aimed at maintaining high-quality care environments.

We believe that setting a minimum shift length benefits both our staff and residents, fostering a stable, caring, and professional environment. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to excellence.
