As an employee, Anna is always punctual, efficient, timely and understanding of our situation. During her time with my family, she manages to ensure the cleanliness and order of my house. It is so lovely coming home to a clean, orderly and lovely smelling home. She is also a very good cook, my children and myself are quite fond of her spaghetti bolognese.

I’ve always put a premium on efficiency in my home and Anna never fails to deliver. An example was when I had informed her we were expecting guests for the night. On the very same day, Anna prepared the guest bathroom, bedroom and created two meals for us. We truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication she brings to our home.

Anna is truly a hard working and organised worker and I am grateful for her efforts.

Anna was placed by our agency in a short-term role with a highly demanding family. During this placement, she consistently demonstrated professionalism, resilience, and adaptability. She not only provided attentive care for the children but also supported the household by cooking meals, managing cleaning tasks to a high standard, and ensuring the family’s daily needs were met.

The family were very happy to have her, and they were impressed with her responsiveness and ability to follow directions. Her reliability and strong work ethic made her an invaluable support to the family throughout the assignment.

I am writing to provide a reference for Anna Stergiou, who was employed by our company as an

Assistant Educator from May 2022 – Jan 2024. As her former manager I would thoroughly

recommend her for employment. She was one of my most consistent and hard-working

employees. She consistently performed tasks autonomously to our fullest satisfaction and as a

result, we appreciated her as a highly valuable member of our team. She also jumped headfirst

into new tasks and responsibilities.

Some of the responsibilities I witnessed Anna perform were;

- Changing nappies

- Following children’s routines and recording them down for parents

- Ensuring the rooms were clean and sanitised at all times

- Keeping her space oragnised and well prepared for her days working with the children

- Writing developmental reports for the children following the EYLF and NQS

Anna has great experience and sound knowledge. She was helpful, had friendly manner was

highly appreciated by colleagues and parents. I wish her every success and all the best for her

I worked with Anna as her co-worker, from May 2022 – Jan 2024. I was also an Assistant Educator in another room; however, she and I would also work together regularly if she or I ever

required help in our rooms. Anna consistently displayed to me her deep understanding of

children and her capability to care for them and ensure the upkeep of her room. I witnessed Anna

perform tasks daily.

One example I can give was, every day we filled in charts to ensure that we were following

nappy changes, bottle feeds, children’s routines, sleeping charts and cleanliness of the room.

Anytime I would check Anna’s charts they were filled with great detail and care which made all

our jobs a lot easier and showed she was able to communicate well. She also assisted me

whenever I required help to the best of her ability.

I highly recommend her through witnessing her and building a good co-worker relationship with
