Do I get to interview the nanny before they start?

Not with this option. To save time, our team selects a nanny who best fits your brief and availability. You can be confident knowing all candidates are thoroughly screened and reference-checked before placement.

 Is this service more affordable than a standard placement?

Yes — it’s a cost-effective option for families needing short-notice or flexible care. Since it requires fewer steps (no interviews or ongoing commitments), the fee is lower than our premium or long-term placements.

What is the cost for "Book Now" Service 

Booking fees are charged on a daily basis 

- $44 per booking 

- $55 if <48h notice or after-hours

What is the "Smart Check"  option?

Can I interview and trial the nanny before deciding?

Yes! With this service, you’re involved in every step. You’ll receive video introductions of each candidate and can choose who to interview and trial in your home before making a final decision.

What is a curated nanny shortlist?

Our team carefully selects a shortlist of nannies based on your family’s specific needs, values, and preferences. Every candidate is fully vetted and reference-checked — so you only review the most relevant, high-quality options.

 Is this the best option if I’m not in a rush?

Yes — this service is perfect for families who have the time to be more hands-on in the process. It allows you to meet, trial, and select a nanny at your own pace with full support from our team.

What is the cost for "Smart Check" Service? 

Booking fees are charged on a one off basis and advertising externallyis extra. 

 - 2 weeks salary of the candidate 

(e.g. if candidate earns $1500 a week placement fee is $3000)

- Optional External Advertising – $350

Our Elite service is fully managed from start to finish. We handle shortlisting, pre-interviews, video introductions, and provide detailed candidate portfolios. All you need to do is approve the match. It’s ideal for families who want a premium, discreet experience.

Do you offer a replacement guarantee?

Yes. We provide a placement guarantee for added peace of mind. If the nanny isn’t the right fit, we’ll rematch you with another candidate at no additional cost within the guarantee period.
