    Helps to change bedsheets, Cleans and tidies play area. Organize games, activities for toddler.

    colouring with toddler.

    Katy is incredibly reliable and punctual at all times ( she is always early!) . She is very trustworthy,

    very aware of safety and makes a lot of effort to ensure children are engaged in interactive, stimulating activities.


    • What are the candidates major strengths?

    I can not  speak more highly of a nanny. Katy is very trustworthy and hardworking. She takes the initaitve to offer her help around the household and is efficient and neat in all the task she performs. She cares deeply for the children and is so patient and persistent with my fiesty toddler.

    She is a very pleasant person, polite and is a good role model for the kids. She adjust very quickly to request and routines and will go above and beyond her outlined duties.


    • Are there any areas you feel the candidate needs to improve in?

    No.


    • How well did the candidate interact with your family and friends? 

    She is excellent. Even my hard to please Asian mother who was visitng from overseas was highly impressed with her work and praised her. She was very pleasant and interacted well with my visiting sister and her young children and helped out without any expectation for her to.


    • Did the candidate organise and facilitate play dates and activities for the children?

    I do not require her to organize play dates as she helps out on weekday evenings but she does bring my toddler to playgrounds and walks and will make sure he is well engaged and happy playing at home.


    • Did she follow your family routine regarding feeding, sleep, mealtime etc and/ or was she in charge of setting the routines?

    she follows our family routine to manage the feeding/ sleep and mealtimes. She does use her own settling techniques to put my toddler to bed in the cot ( which is way better than my methods! )
