With only one hour’s notice, Sadie left her home within 30 minutes of our request and travelled two and a half hours by public transport to reach our client in Georges Hall after their regular nanny was unable to attend.

Throughout the day, Sadie kept in contact with us, confirming she was safe on her journey and updating us as she approached the family’s home. Upon arrival, the client had nothing but praise for her professionalism, warmth, and capability.
