I am writing this letter to provide information about Luisa. I have known Luisa for 6 years. She started working for me as a carer for my two children in l 2023 and to the present day is an invaluable member of our household.
During the times that she works, she is responsible for most activities of daily living for the two children which includes helping them with meals, bathing, dressing, taking their medication, organising some of their other activities which they cannot perform independently, and ensuring their safetyand wellbeing.
