Option 1. FullTime: 40 hours a week rotating schedule

Option 2. Part time Tue, Thu, Fri 9am–5pm + occasional weekends/events.
Pay: $45–$50/hr (depending on experience and qualifications)

About the Family
We are a recently returned expat family, having lived in the US for 12 years, and now settled in Coogee. Our son is 22 months old happy, curious, and active.

 In the US we had a long-term nanny, and we are now looking for a professional career nanny to join us in Sydney. We value consistency, clear communication, and a warm, engaging approach. While the role is part-time hours, we are open to offering a full-time salary to secure the right candidate.


Duties & Expectations

  • Daily care of a 22-month-old boy
  • Planning age-appropriate activities (reading, play, outings, early learning experiences)
  • Meal preparation for child + light tidying after play/meal times
  • Support during occasional weekend events or evenings
  • Accompany family on outings/travel when required
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
  • 100% child focused


Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with toddlers (references required)
  • Childcare qualifications or degree highly regarded
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Police Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Up-to-date vaccinations (flu and whooping cough)
  • 5 written references and evidence of professional nanny experience
  • Driver’s licence (car provided if needed)
