We discuss your perfect candidate and what needs you and your family have.

We discuss the duties the candidate is required to complete, how you would like the candidate to interact with your family, their education background and the learning style you require for the children.

We discuss your families style and the style that you require from your candidate.

We establish a list of perfect candidate traits and  requirements and seek to understand the lifestyle your family is seeking to achieve by hiring a household professional.

Booking Confirmation

We send a booking confirmation with your job description  and any further questions we have to ensure we have a good grasp on the needs of your family.

We ask you to read over the job description to ensure we have the right information to send to our candidates, allowing them to consider your family as a good fit and give them the information they need to consider your role.

Australian Nanny Agency reaches out to our candidates to see who would like to present their portfolios to your family.

Once the nannies have shown interest in you position, we  at this stage, conduct due diligence checks on your behalf,  request their latest references and contact their past employers to verify their conduct.

We screen social media, working with children checks, police checks and past employment, ensuring that the information they provide is true and correct.

We  then interview the applicants to ensure they are a good fit for your families lifestyle and  discuss the roles requirements.

Presentation of Portfolios

We then send you the portfolios of our short list of suitable candidates with the date in which they are available to interview.

We send the interview dates to ensure you have first access to interview.

With the portfolios in your hands, we seek feedback to see if we have presented you with suitable candidates and review any feedback to ensure we have the right candidates for your role.

From here we listen to your feedback and seek to ensure we present only the candidates that suit your family dynamic and lifestyle.

Requesting an Interview

On viewing the resumes  we discuss your short list and arrange the interviews with the candidate and offer support during the interview to gain insight about the candidate.

During the round of interviews we seek feedback to whom matches your job description and the family dynamic.

Candidates are always very keen to hear feedback from the families on how they were perceived, this is an important part of the process for both us, yourself and the candidate as it assists us in finding a balanced working relationship for families and candidates.

Success! Found the Perfect candidate.

Once interviews are completed we send the candidate a letter of offer to ensure the role expectations are clear, this is a chance for us to negotiate on your behalf to find a package that suits both parties.

The letter of offer is signed once both families and candidates are agreeable with the expectations, salary package, parenting style and entitlements.

We then move to a contract in which both parties sign to ensure that all expectations are clear.
