The Recruitment Process for Clients

The Australian Nanny Agency works with each client to find employees that best suit their family needs. We work with our families to create a list of ‘must have’ skills, abilities and experience as well as desired personal qualities, interests and cultural backgrounds.

This information is then matched by the Australian Nanny Agency to nannies or other candidates on our extensive database. The candidates then apply for your position and we shortlist the very best candidates and present them to you.

Our clients are encouraged to interview a selection of their preferred candidates via video conferencing, telephone or face to face if they are local. Once the interview has been completed and an employment offer has been made, we work with our clients to develop an employment contract or if they prefer they can provide their own. Once placement is secured, we provide assistance with travel arrangements and contracts of employment.

Sourcing & Screening Candidates

All of our candidates register directly with the Australian Nanny Agency. Upon registration, one of our recruitment consultants will interview the candidate, check their references, blue card and work with children card status and verify their experience. All candidates will have a police check or provide a Blue Card/Working With Children Check and must have a minimum of 3 years experience. They will also supply us with copies of their qualifications. We only accept candidates that meet our high standards and have suitable qualifications and experience.
