SALARY:  Neg plus entitlements

ACCOMODATION: Own room and bathroom
WORK DAYS:  5 days - 7 days  Monday to Friday

ABOUT THE ROLE

Position: Maternity Nanny & Baby Sleep Trainer

We are a loving family seeking a dedicated and experienced Maternity Nanny who specializes in baby sleep training to join our household. This is a wonderful opportunity for a compassionate caregiver passionate about supporting babies and their families during this special time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing attentive care to our baby, ensuring their comfort and well-being
  • Assisting with establishing and maintaining healthy routines for the baby
  • Implementing proven sleep training techniques to help our baby develop good sleeping habits
  • Supporting mum by recognizing her needs and offering practical assistance to promote rest and recovery
  • Creating a nurturing and safe environment for the baby’s growth and development

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in maternity nursing and baby sleep training
  • Passionate about baby care and dedicated to supporting families
  • Observant and attentive to both baby’s and mum’s needs
  • Strong work ethic, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Warm, caring, and proactive with excellent communication skills

Compulsory Requirements

  • Police Check with 6 months validity
  • Working with Children Check or DBS
  • 1st aid and CPR certificate within 2 years
  • Top personal grooming and presentation
  • 5 x written contactable references and  email addresses
  • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken

2.   Client Interview

  • Conducted via Zoom with the client and ANA recruiters.
  • Candidates will receive anticipated questions from the client in advance.
  • Professional appearance and a suitable environment are essential for this interview.
  • Feedback will be sought from the client. If the client wishes to proceed, further interviews may be arranged, at their discretion.
  • Following the completion of interviews, offer letters will be issued to successful candidates.
  • Please allow 14 days for this process.
