About the Role:

  • Full-time, 6 days per week
  • Sole charge and shared care of one infant (0–12 months)
  • Travel may be required (domestic and international)
  • Supportive household team – housekeepers and chef on staff
  • Working closely with the mother to ensure a smooth daily routine



Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and lead age-appropriate developmental activities that promote early learning, sensory engagement, and social-emotional growth in infants.
  • Create a safe, calm, and nurturing environment where the baby’s wellbeing, comfort, and routine are prioritised at all times.
  • Travel confidently with the family for both domestic and international trips, providing consistent care and routine stability while away from home.
  • Monitor the baby’s health, milestones, and daily patterns, keeping detailed notes and promptly reporting any concerns to the parents.
  • Perform all nursery-related duties, including bottle preparation, feeding, nappy changes, sleep support, burping, and settling techniques.
  • Maintain a clean, well-organised nursery and baby zones, ensuring all supplies, clothing, toys, and hygiene items are fully stocked and in order.


Candidate Requirements:

  • 5 x Excellent written  references
  • Discreet and respectful of privacy
  • Confident, calm, and warm in approach
  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus
  • Passport valid with at least 6 months left 
  • Willing to join family on international travel
  • Strong experience with babies aged 0–2 years
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional nanny experience
  • Experience with infants or in nursery  in centre based care
  • Qualifications in childcare, maternity nursing, or early years (preferred)
